There is a simple rule that our body works on a biological clock, which if maintained, can reduce side effects. You can achieve this by getting adequate sleep and eating at the same time daily.
Most of the patients suffering from acidity resort to the regular use of antacids and soda, which are very harmful to the body. They have many side effects.
