Fever with rash is an immune response to infections. Viral infections are the most common cause of fever with rash (for example, chickenpox, Roseola, hepatitis, etc.). The immune cells form rashes on the skin when the microorganisms try to enter the body. Then it raises the body temperature, thus making it difficult for the invading organism to survive and replicate within the body. These are the signals for underlying conditions. Usually, treatment for infection will cure fever with rash, but along with that, antipyretics are also prescribed to reduce fever.
