Knee swelling indicates a knee problem where fluid collects around the knee joint. It can be due to injury, overuse, or underlying condition. Ways to treat knee swelling at home are providing enough rest, hot and cold packs, compression with elastic bands, keeping legs elevated, pain killer medicines, and knee massages to drain the fluid by self or from a therapist, isometric knee exercises for muscle strengthening.
