Oral Panoramic Radiograph (OPG) is a commonly used imaging technique in dentistry. It is difficult to interpret an OPG because it is a complex projection of the jaws, teeth, and the surrounding structures with multiple superimpositions and distortions. As an OPG is taken by an X-ray tube that revolves around the patient’s head, the right and posterior parts of the image represent lateral views, and the anterior portion gives an anterior-posterior view.
