Clear aligners, otherwise called Invisalign, is a type of transparent trays used for orthodontic treatment. They are made after taking a mold of your mouth using a unique blend of plastic. This transparent tray has to be worn over the teeth, and it puts pressure on the teeth to achieve movement. Your dentist will assess your smile and take an impression of your teeth, which will be used to custom make the tray for you. You need to replace this tray every 1 to 2 weeks and have to wear it for almost 20 to 22 hours a day. It is easy to use, and you can remove it to eat, brush, and floss.
