Hello, It appears to be Tinea cruris infection. Are there any maculopapular lesions or only itching with powdery substance? The are needs to be kept dry, and local application of MYCODERM - C powder twice a day, plus oral antifungal tablets like FLUCONAXOLE 150 mg, once a week for 8 to 9 weeks . Plus itching is troublesome levocetirizine daily once may be used.
All the inners should be boiled and cleaned to prevent further spreading and reinfection.

Silicia and Petrolium are good Homeopathic medicines for fungal infections.
And apply Kreosotum mother tincture for fungal infections.
