Ayurvedic medicines for Gynecomastia patient (Ayurveda Specialist)

In a gynecomastia patient, which kinds of ayurvedic medicines will you suggest? Kindly share your clinical experiences or possible ayurvedic medications.

    Dear Doctor friends,

    Gynecomastia is enlargement of breast due to hormonal imbalance and liver dysfunctions, in some cases if Glycyrrhiza glabra=Yashtimadhu is given for longer period such sign symptoms appears.

    Treatment required for a bit longer period 4-6 months

    1- Any Hepato corrective drug like Tab. Livomyn 2 t.d.s.
    2- Rohitakarishtha 15 ml two times after food with water.
    3-Kaishor Guggulua 500 mg two times after food.
    4- Dry Ginger powder=Sontha 3 gm+ Castor oil 1 ml + Glycerin 1 ml = prepare a paste and apply daily on both breast area at night.

    Continue for six months, follow up report after every two months.
    May take measurements or photographs initial and after every two months.

    Dear Friends,

    Gynecomastia is enlargement of breast of male.which is normally due to imbalance of hormones but some time some drug reaction or there may be some serious reason also like testicle cancer or tumer. so please find out the reason first.
    acording to ayurveda it is due to kaf and vat dosh.

    treatment needs to folowo for long time

    1)Haritaki,Yashtimadhu and Haridra(turmeric) all in equal part mix well and 1 taespoon for thrice a day.
    2)Kanchnar gugul 2 tablets three times a day
    2) Massage from nipple to shoulder should be done with mustered oil.
    3) Dhaurasan should be done daily

    continue for atleast six month and report after six month.
