Patient c/o itching all over the body regularly for six months, and there were edematous lesions all over the body during that period. She says that this is happening for two years with an interval of six months in-between. She has tried a lot of medication, but she did not get any relief from the treatment. With this personal history I would send for lab tests especially liver/kidney function tests.
Plus I'd ask the names of medications the patient is using regularly if any.
A photo of the lesions could give more details if they are still active.
