    Hello,

I usually recommend my patients to:
    - soak the feet on warm water and with a few drops of lavender oil, and baking soda for at least 15 minutes
    - rinse well
    - dry well
    - then apply urea ointment locally (Alcuplant or any other brand).

Hope this will help for your patients too.
    Regards
