Diabetic With Multiple Eruptions (Dermatology)

Dr. Naveed Ahmed Khan., MBBS, MS GENERAL SURGERY

Medical Case Details:

Hi,
I came across a case with multiple eruptions that healed over a period, and this time he came with a new eruption with erythema associated with pain. He does not have a fever, and his blood sugar is under control. I am attaching a picture of the leg. The erythematous patch looks like a furuncle. Please examine and comment. What could be the cause?

Please attach a picture so that i can see. Secondly furuncles come and go either because of the diabetes or prediabetes or because he is atopic and probably carrier of staph aureus.
