Hello Nazma.... please do check if it is genetic alopecia. The patient might be having a natural course of hair loss. If so then less likely he will be benefited by these treatment which u have mentioned. Minoxidil and Finasteride treatment may work in such conditions. But he should be compliant to use it for prolonged period of time.
