Gallstones can be cured with homoeopathy only with a constitutional approach. dont give conventional liver remedies. it will not help. extract the core of the patient and treat.

Take proper history of the patient and prescribe based on the totality of symptoms. Similimum remedy will only cure the gallstones. Otherwise there are specific remedies like Lyco, Chelidonium Cardus, etc may act correctly if totality matches with these remedies.
I usually pay attention to the metaphysical cause of the disease. In gall stone cases, metaphysical cause is 'inability to analyse the situation' leading to stressful events in a persons life - try to understand how this person analyse or deal with the situation. Most likely this will be the core problem of your patient. Of course you cannot neglect his other mental, emotional problems but try to understand your patient based on metaphysical cause as well. This kind of approach will help you to find similimum remedy.

Dear doctor what medicines already you have used to your patient.
Homeopathy also provides fast pain relief in gallbladder attacks and can be used for prevention and treatment of biliary colic. The medicines are natural, effective and have no side effects. In patients with gallbladder removal homeopathy can alleviate the digestive disorders after surgery.

Calcarea carbonica- family history of gallstones and kidney stones; overweight; high cholesterol and 3-glycerides; chronic constipation. Sluggish and anxious.
Chelidonium - pain in the right upper abdomen that radiates to the back, pain under the right shoulder blade.
Lycopodium - family history of gallstones and kidney stones; other chronic digestive issues - gastritis, peptic ulcer, constipation, high cholesterol. Bloating after meals. Biliary colics occur mostly in the late afternoon. Irritable, hates contradiction but suppresses his anger.
Natrum sulphuricum - multiple health disorders- gallstones, chronic diarrhea, asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), obesity, joint disorders, depression. Overly sensitive to weather changes and humidity.
Nux vomica - heartburn, nausea, bloating; biliary colic with constrictive, spasmodic pain ; overindulgence in rich food and drinks; sedentary lifestyle; irritable and impatient.
The homeopathic treatment dissolves gallstones, prevents recurrences as well as improves overall health.
Try these medicines for your patient if you are not use above medicines.
If there is no relief please discuss with me about case,

Just make sure about the size of multiple stone, if they are too large so impossible to cure because size of cbd ( common bile duct) is very less. so do not let the patient suffer from pain, beside the conservative management also brief the patient about diet & regimen.
