Take proper history of the patient and prescribe based on the totality of symptoms. Similimum remedy will only cure the gallstones. Otherwise there are specific remedies like Lyco, Chelidonium Cardus, etc may act correctly if totality matches with these remedies.
I usually pay attention to the metaphysical cause of the disease. In gall stone cases, metaphysical cause is 'inability to analyse the situation' leading to stressful events in a persons life - try to understand how this person analyse or deal with the situation. Just make sure about the size of multiple stone, if they are too large so impossible to cure because size of cbd ( common bile duct) is very less. so do not let the patient suffer from pain,beside the conservative management also brief the patient about diet & regimen.
