Male 48 year ,complain dizziness, weakness, nausea,vomitting with foamy bleeding ,headache, vision problem . There is alcohol smell from mouth ,patient is in confusion.
what is primary diagnosis and first aid emergency treatment?

    1. Acute alcoholic intoxication (peptic ulcer) vs CLD induced variceal bleed
    2. Confusion attributes to HE

    Treatment based on ABG to know Hb and acidosis with RT insertion for aspiration
    Urine for toxicology for any other drugs ingestion
    Always check pupils and rule out for any central cause of head by CT, if needed

    Start management by I/V fluids and tranexamic acid with terlipressin or octreotide if suspecting CLD
    Start PPI infusion, Vitamin K, and broad spectrum antibiotics
