Medical Case Details:

34 year male.,poisoning with vinegar . He complain on pains,feeling of burn in mouth, on esophagus and stomach. Difficulty in swallowing ,single bloody vomiting.
According to patient he accidentally drank 30-40 ml vinegar acid.
Objectively :-the conscious is clear, restless, skin cover of usual coloring, around of mouth and chin hyperemized, strong smell of vinegar from mouth, mucosa of mouth, throat and tongue is whitish . Auscultation :-Harsh breathing in lungs without rates, RR -18 a mm, Heart sounds is clear, rhythmical ,HR -100 per minute, BP-100/60 mm of hg, the abdomen is soft, pain in epigastric area, Liver and Spleen are not palpable, Urine is free, painless and pink?
What is primary diagnosis and first aid and emergency management?
