    Hello Dr. Dinesh . In my opinion , an USG whole abdomen must be performed . There could be possibility of appendicitis . Also since the female is in the reproductive age group , menstrual history is very important and must be given attention.

    It might be appendicitis/ ectopic pregnancy/ obstructed calculi. Better go for USG.
