    Hello,

Should know the age and gender of the patient, history of drinking alcohol or drug abuse? any drug used on regular basis?
If not, any recent treatment for renal calculi?
I'd ask for hepatitis testing, blood sugar levels, lipid profile test, abdominal ultrasound, and thinking of possible pyelography after these results.

    Hope that helps.
