Sudden severe diffuculty in breathing after crying hysterically (Internal Medicine)

Medical Case Details:

50yr/F, menopausal, known patient of HYPERTENTION AND HYPOTHYROIDISM,

yesterday she complaint of sudden severe breathlessness and feeling of current in chest and her face turned red as that time she was stressed and crying when this all happend due to some personal reasons, and for that her family member gave her her medicine that is tab. telvas AM and Tab. alprazolam 0.25mg and cap pantop and they were scared and gave ecosprine. she is not ready to go for ECG or any checkup

what could be the reason of this heart attack or laryngeal spasm ??
