Hello,
In the photo,there is a intrauterine gestational sac .It is an early pregnancy ,looks like 3-4 weeks gestation .An embryo can't be seen in this gestationa age .
At least wait 2-3 weeks for the embryo to be see.And perform an ultrasound again .
