Thyroid hormone replacement are well tolerated, but some times these may show side effects like elevation of thyroid hormone levels causes toxic effect, symptoms include chest pain, tachycardia, excessive sweating, heat intolerance, nervousness, head ache, weight loss and fever and some women may experience of irregular menstrual cycles.
So go for again for thyroid function tests should be performed periodically to monitor your progress or check for side effects.
I think it is better to reduce dosage for some time to maintain normal menstrual cycle, and also need to checkup for hormone levels of female sexual hormones.
