A rare case of Hydrocephalus with Direct Hyperbilirubinemia (Pediatrics)

Medical Case Details:

A symmetric IUGR very preterm 900gms at birth having the routine preterm issues of RDS and NEC

But at birth noted to have Grade 3 IVH with anemia

Sepsis work up positive and on high grade antibiotics with fungal cover

Now baby is 20 days old and developing post hemorrhagic ventricular dilatation with significant direct bilirubin levels of 45

USG abdomen shows no evidence of surgical causes of obstruction and jaundice

Liver functions are deranging daily

Differential diagnosis?
