Medical Case Details:

I consulted a 7-year-old child, who gets pain and burning sensation on micturition for the last ten days. The child complains of suprapubic pain even at rest. On examination, there are tenderness and swelling of the clitoris. Urine analysis showed a Trichomonas infection. The child was started on the appropriate medication, and her mother was given counseling on child abuse.
