Thats unusual. If it was any of the muscular dystrophies, then the child should’nt be able to walk and run as well.
Whatever the diagnosis may be, I feel the way to go forward is muscle biopsy and MRI brain and spine. Baby may require GA for both. So may be both can be planned on the same day. An opinion from a Pediatric neurologist/Neurologist might also help.

Sir done with MRI of spine and brain, its completely normal, its very rare case.
I am trying some activities from past one month, just a 1% improvement in lower muscles.

Then I think you should go ahead with Vastus Lateralis Muscle Biopsy.

Please share detailed neurological examination findings of lower limbs- DTR, tone, power, gait , lumbo-sacral spine findings including x-ray, etc.
Running need flexing of thigh against gravity so a power of above 3.
How much is CK & LDH.
This may require a muscle biopsy.
sharing a short clipping of walking & running will narrow down the d/d.
