Dr. Abhishek Srivastava is an Orthopedic surgeon from India with a particular interest in Spine Surgery. In his 15 years of experience, he has gained extensive clinical and research experience in spinal surgery, covering all aspects, as a result of his training and affiliation with several renowned spinal surgery centers in India, Singapore, the USA, and the UK. He was a consultant at Primus Superspeciality Hospital, Indian Spinal Injuries Center, New Delhi, and the Center for Spinal Surgery and Studies, Queens Medical Center (QMC), Nottingham, UK, which is one of the most significant and most well-renowned teaching hospitals Center for spinal surgery in the UK and Europe. He was an essential part of the Consultant body at Nottingham University for delivering Spinal services to the entire East Midlands and for patients who are referred from all across the UK. He taught and trained the Spinal surgery and Orthopedic trainees in the earlier post and previously in the UK, which rotated with him in the Unit. Before this, he worked for a year as a Senior Spinal fellow at QMC, Nottingham. He has received long-term hands-on subspecialty training at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Indian Spinal Injuries Center, and Singapore General Hospital, Singapore. He has also been associated with Sir Gangaram Hospital and Research Center, GTB Hospital, and Max Super-Specialty Hospital, New Delhi, as a part of his training and fellowship. Dr. Abhishek Srivastava has several international and national publications, on various aspects of spine care, in reputed peer-reviewed journals. He has also been a reviewer of leading international sub-specialty journals (“Spine” and “European spine journal”). He strives for an evidence-based approach to the management of spinal disorders.
