Dr.Vikas Kothavade is a Radiotherapist with 9 years of clinical experience. He completed his MBBS at Grant Medical College, Mumbai, and his post-graduation and senior residency in radiation oncology in the esteemed Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He is working as a chief Oncologist for the last 6 years. He is experienced in many special radiation therapy procedures like 3DCRT, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, Brachytherapy, and Chemotherapy. He completed his fellowship at the European society of therapeutic radiation oncology in high precision radiotherapy and high precision training at Vu Medical Center, Amsterdam, Netherlands. He got the honor to present his work on “Hippocampal sparing high precision radiotherapy techniques” in the 10th meeting of the “Asian Society of Neuro-Oncology.” He believes in comprehensive cancer care and social cancer awareness.
