Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

You can check for bowel symptoms and causes like constipation, bowel irritation, diarrhea, vomiting, etc. Do you have been experiencing premenstrual syndrome? Do you have other abnormal symptoms like pain during sex and burning micturition?

It is better to have one urinalysis, high vaginal swab, complete blood count, cervical smear, and serum SGPT (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase). Check for menstrual irregularities, unscheduled, intermenstrual, and post-coital bleeding. You can collect reports along with reports of a transvaginal scan. Along with this, you can follow these measures.

1. Have plenty of water.

2. Eat a soft, nutritious diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.

3. Use soft, comfortable undergarments

4. Use condoms for sex.

5. Walk, exercise, and do yoga daily.

You can have a tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg for pain but do not make it a habit. Consult a specialist doctor, and take medications with their consent.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
