Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a problem. I have shortness of breath, and my throat feels like it is tightening. As a result, I cannot breathe whenever I lay down or try to sleep.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not take dinner heavily and avoid oily and spicy food at dinner. Immediately after dinner, do not go to bed; relax for 30 minutes. I would suggest you take the following medications for five days -

  1. Tablet Pan D ((Domperidone 30 mg and Pantoprazole 40 mg) once a day before food.
  2. Tablet Librax (Chlordiazepoxide 5 mg and Clidinium 2.5 mg) one tablet after food.
  3. Syrup Sucralflate (antacid) 10 ml thrice a day after food.

Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take the medicines after their consent.

Review after five days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
