I have acne on my back, shoulder, and chest.

Acne is a disease in which the patient may experience frequent exacerbation due to stress or hormones or periods. Acne of the chest is difficult to treat. Take capsule Doxycycline 100 mg once daily for three weeks. Apply Clindamycin lotion two times a day.
