Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have acne and very big and thin pimples. I am a male, 18 years old.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query. Acne at this age is mainly due to hormonal changes. They will settle on their own. But still if you want to take some precautionary measures, follow these:

  1. Do not use soap on the face, wash your face with a mild face wash.
  2. Take Lacto calamine lotion and apply it over the affected area two times a day and wash after it dry.
  3. For acne scar marks use Aloe vera gel on the affected area two times a day.
  4. Avoid excessive spicy, oily, junk food and tea, coffee, and caffeinated drinks.
  5. Drink plenty of water daily.

These all things will help you a lot.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
