Thanks for sharing the picture (attachment removed to protect patient identity). You do not seem to have too much active acne at present, but a few scars and dark spots along with dark eye circles can be seen. Take the following medications. Take tablet Limcee 500 mg (Vitamin C supplement) once a day. Apply Adapalene plus Benzoyl peroxide gel on the acne once at night in a tiny amount without rubbing it. Use Laglo face wash. Apply Kojic cream once at night for dark circles and dark spots. Have a follow-up after a month. Avoid taking too many sweets, whole cream milk, and chocolates. Also, please do not pick the lesions. Take care.

First, apply adapalene plus benzoyl peroxide on pimples and wash it after an hour. Then Kojic acid has to be used only on dark spots and dark circles.
