Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have red pimples with the white stuff and dry skin. My skin tone is changing with dark spots and irritating skin.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Answer the following questions to know more details. Is the lesion painful or tender? Do you have a fever? Did you have exposure to dust or pollutants? Do you have a history of atopy or allergies? Is there popping at pimples?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply. The pimples are painful, but I have no allergies so far. There is no popping, and I have no fever.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest the following. Use Nadibact (Nadifloxacin) cream twice daily in the morning and evening for 15 days. Use Acnesol (Clindamycin) gel at night for 15 days. Use Azac soap (Azelaic acid) for one month. Take Tablet Doxycycline 100 mg once a day after food for 15 days, Tablet Limcee (Vitamin C) 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days, Zinc capsule (Zinc) 100 mg once at night after food for ten days. Apply Cetaphil (Moisturizer) cream immediately after bath for two months. Use Photostable sunscreen daily from 9 AM-12 PM-3 PM for two months. Apply Cetaphil (Moisturizer) cream 30 minutes before sunscreen at daytime. Avoid scratching and rubbing. Avoid popping or pricking as it may cause deep scars. Stay hydrated. Drink seven to eight glasses of water daily. Avoid prolonged hot shower baths. Use mild soap like Dove or Cetaphil or Pears for a bath after one month. Eat fresh fruits and green veggies. Eat oranges, papaya, kiwi, carrots, watermelon, muskmelon, berries, spinach, avocado, and broccoli.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
