Hi doctor,
I am 18-year-old with a weight of 160 pounds and height of 5' 9". I have a solid amount of acne on my cheeks, and I do not know what to do? Please help.

I understand your concern. You seem to have a grade two to three acne and will require oral antibiotics. And It takes four to six weeks to see good results. I suggest taking Capsule Doxycycline 100 mg once a day. Use Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide gel apply to acne once at night in a tiny amount without rubbing it. Use Benzoyl Peroxide face wash. Follow up after one month. Avoid too many sweets, full cream milk, and chocolates. Also, please do not pick the lesions. Also, avoid too much sun exposure while on Doxycycline. Take care.
