Hello doctor,
I am suffering from severe allergy. I tried different medicines for this, but everything was useless. Please help.

Depending on the severity and type of allergic reaction, the treatment is given.
For mild allergic inflammation with high AEC (absolute eosinophil count), Fexofenadine and Montelukastcombination drug is given. And if the allergic inflammation is very severe, then short-term steroidcourse can be given.
But the management depends on symptoms and type of allergy. If it is an asthmatic attack, then bronchodilator nebulization also might be needed.
So, for commenting more, I need more information.
