Are missed periods, nausea, and brown or white discharge symptoms of pregnancy?

Hi doctor,

I have missed my period for two weeks now, but I have had brown discharge on and off for the past week. Yesterday and today, I had a white and thick discharge. I also feel nauseous at times. I took two pregnancy tests, but both were negative. I have also taken at least 1 to 1.5 grams of vitamin C in the past five days. Am I experiencing nausea because of pregnancy or overdosage of vitamin C? Also, is my discharge a sign of pregnancy or a normal discharge when my period is near?

Your past medical, gynecological, obstetrics, and drug history is missing here. In very early pregnancy, urine pregnancy tests and transvaginal or abdominal scans are confusing actually. It is better to have serum beta hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), a blood pregnancy test to check your pregnancy status. What was vitamin C prescribed for, and why was it taken in grams in recent five days?

I suggest you have one vaginal swab as well to exclude sexually transmitted diseases. The brown discharge could be due to pelvic infection, or it could be mild bleeding or spotting. If you have been treated for any disease, it is better to have full treatment. Normal vaginal secretions could increase at ovulation, fertilization, excitement, or implantation.
