Patient's Query

Hi doctor.

I started seeing fresh blood after passing a stool a week ago. After two days, I had mild diarrhea. I took colonoscopy a few years back and it was clear. I do not have constipation or no pain while passing motion. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It may be due to internal piles. I suggest you take the following medications:

1. Tablet Dobesil (Calcium Dobesilate) 500 mg twice a day for five days.

2. Laxative syrup 10 ml mixed in 200 ml lukewarm water at night for a few weeks.

Revert back after five days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
