Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Can I take Ativan 2 mg and Rexipra Forte together at night? My doctor has recommended me this medicine and I am taking this for three years. Is there any long time problem with taking this medicine?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Tablet Ativan (Lorazepam) 2 mg is used for sleep disturbance. If you do not have sleep disturbance, I suggest to taper off the tablet Ativan 2 mg and stop it. I suggest taking half tablet of Ativan 2 mg for six weeks, then make it an alternate day for another six weeks, then stop your Ativan. I suggest not to stop your Rexipra Forte (Clonazepam and Escitalopram Oxalate) tablet without your doctor's consultation. I hope that you get your answer. Please let me know if you want some help. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
