Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am very anxious about things that I should not be doing on a daily basis. A lot of the time, I feel like I cannot help it. I get very irritated, and I feel very on edge for no reason. When I go out, I cannot talk to people. I avoid being in groups because I feel like I am being judged. I overthink a lot. Sometimes just being watched makes me blush and makes my hands shake. I wanted to know if this is something I should seek help with.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I thoroughly read your query and understand your concern.

It is not abnormal. Your symptoms are just age-related tantrums. It is an adolescent issue. You do not need any medications. If overthinking affects your daily work and social function, then you need treatment. Just enjoy age-related hormone changes and mood fluctuations. If any symptoms affect your work life and social life, then you must go for treatment. You must not take any substance. You are in the obese category. You need to lose weight. I suggest you take good healthy food, avoid junk foods, take seven to eight hours of sound sleep, avoid alcohol and any substance, do daily 30 to 40 minutes of exercise, and do 10 to 15 minutes of meditation. Be confident, and develop some creative habits like painting, singing, drawing, reading books, and writing dairy.

Hope this has answered your query.

Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
