Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am six weeks pregnant and I am pretty anxious since this is my first pregnancy. I have multiple thoughts running through my mind. First, I keep wondering whether I will be a good mother. Second, will I be able to manage everything in the future once the baby is born? Third, because of my anxiety, I cannot sleep properly. So I want to try yoga to calm my anxiety and keep my mind at rest. Kindly suggest yoga exercises during pregnancy?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If you have such feelings, I suggest you to practice mental yoga, not physical yoga. Have you started any treatment? I suggest you take tablet Folvite (Folic acid) 5 mg and tablet Duphaston (Dydrogesterone) 10 mg twice a day and go for USG (ultrasonography) lower abdomen. I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
