Hi doctor,
I have a lesion on my upper right soft palate lesion. Would like an opinion on what it could be and if I should be concerned?

I understand your concern.
The lesion is not clear in the picture from the attached reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity) but it is still nothing to be worried about. Use warm salt water gargle twice a day and do not touch the area at all and allow it to heal. It could be due to certain food, hot or spicy, an allergy, or an aberration due to various changes occurring in the oral cavity. If possible send more clear pictures. Wait it out, it will resolve in two weeks.
