What is this itchy rash on my neck?

Thanks for writing in, and I understand your concern. It is an atopic rash, also known as atopic dermatitis. Did you have a fever or any other known allergies? I suggest you to please follow these medications. Apply Metasone cream (Mometasone) at night for 15 days. Apply Dermocalm lotion (Calamine and Liquid Paraffin) twice daily in the morning after bath and in the evening for 15 days. Take tablet Teczine-M (Levocetirizine and Montelukast) once at night after food for seven days. Use Azac soap (Azelaic Acid) for a bath for two months. Use Photostable sunscreen daily from 9 AM to 12 PM to 3 PM for two months. I advise you to avoid scratching and rubbing of lesions, direct sunlight, known food allergens, activities that cause sweating, and occlusion or friction. Wear loose, and comfortable thin cotton clothes. Stay in a well-ventilated room, and calm environment. And lastly, maintain proper hygiene. Regards.
