Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have dandruff and hair fall for a longer period of time. I do not take oil or fried food. My face is full of pimples and visible open pores. I tried many options in allopathy but everything was temporary. Please provide a solution for it.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Dandruff, hair fall, and pimples are all interrelated. According to ayurveda, healthy blood will help you have healthy hair and skin. Try the following ayurveda remedies for hair fall and pimple, follow up with me after a month. The medications are available in ayurveda stores.

  1. Narasimha Rasayanam (Shikhi, Asana, Shimshapa, Vella vidanga) one teaspoon twice daily before food.
  2. Apply warm Prapaundarikadi thailam (Prapoundarika, Madhuka, Amalaki) 2 teaspoons to the scalp followed by a head bath after an hour.
  3. Apply Acnovin cream (Turmeric, Manjishtha, Neem, Saffron, Aloe vera) externally over the face.
  4. One tablet of Dhatri Lauha (Dhatri, Lauha Churna, Yastimadhu, and Amrita) twice daily after food.

Include one bowl of fresh fruits and one bowl of boiled vegetables in your daily diet. Exercise regularly for 30 minutes. This will improve your blood circulation.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
