Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your concern in detail and will surely help you out. Do not worry, as after childbirth and especially while breastfeeding, periods can be irregular for six months and sometimes up to one year. If you started having regular periods and have missed them, I would advise a urine pregnancy test first. Back pain usually occurs due to bad posture, particularly while breastfeeding, so my suggestion would be to use a pillow or other support while doing this. Pain also occurs due to calcium and vitamin D deficiency, which is common in postpartum. So I advise you to consult with a specialist and take Calcium tablets 500 mg twice daily for one month and a capsule of Vitamin D 60K units once per week for eight weeks with their consent. In addition, you can locally apply Dynapar Qps (Diclofenac, Methyl Salicylate, Alcohol, and Menthol) ointment thrice daily, which will help you out.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
