Patient's Query

I have upper back pains that come and goes and also disappears when I lie down or rest my back. I also had heart burns before six months and it got more frequent before 2 months. I have other symptoms such as abdominal pains/upper and lower (dull, not severe nor burning ), alternating diahrrea and constipation, changed bowel pattern in the past month, heartburn, sweaty palms and feets and bloating.

I was also diagnose with anxiety last month which still persists and I don't take any medication. I am taking gaviscon to relieve chest pain. I aready did chest x ray, uric acid, and blood sugar. All the test results were good.

Hello,

Greetings from icliniq.

I understand your concern. I would like to advise you to get an ultrasound of the whole abdomen done . Along side also get a thyroid profile done . Your symptoms are non specific and these investigations are very important in helping with the correct diagnosis. Also kindly share the reports of all the tests you will get done and you already got done .

To relieve bloating and heart burns i want you to avoid heavy meals and fatty foods . Kindly have plenty of fluids (2-3 litres) and consume green fruits and vegetables( fibre rich diet ) Also let me know is Gaviscon helping you with the heart burn . Observe for evening rise of temperature. And keep monitoring for any weight loss. Kindly follow up with the above details .

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
