Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a big black patch on my buttocks and thighs. Sometimes, I experience itching and irritation in that area. I took medications to get rid of it, but it keeps repeating. I applied neem oil and antifungal cream to the affected area. I am taking the capsule Itrasys 100 mg and the tablet Levociz 5 mg once daily. Unfortunately, the patch has enlarged. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you apply Luliconazole cream twice daily for four weeks, Abzorb T (Terbinafine) cream for 20 days, and use a Dersil AF (Ketoconazole) body wash twice daily for two months (consult a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent). Keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose, comfortable cotton undergarments.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
