Bleach Pregnancy Test

A bleach pregnancy test is an unreliable method used by some women to detect pregnancy at home. The method uses bleach in one cup and urine in another cup. Mixing the urine slowly with the bleach causes foam or froth if the woman is pregnant and no reaction if the woman is not pregnant. The bleach is said to react if the urine contains hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) or pregnancy hormone. However, there are no studies or research to support the method. But it has to be noted that it is not safe to use this method as bleach is a powerful chemical, and mishandling can cause issues.
