Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had blood in my sperm for the last two years. I did all testing, including X-ray testicles, prostate examination was found to be good, STD is negative, did MRI, and it shows that I have inflammation of seminal vesicles; I have been on antibiotics for 30 days, and I have two more days of therapy; still, I have the same symptoms. What should I do?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The next step is cystoscopy and seminal fluid aspiration for cytology. Two years of inflammation is too long and needs further attention and investigation. Next, we need to know the cause as causes are divided into inflammatory and noninflammatory like tumors. And lastly, if cytology showed atypical cells, then laparoscopic removal is indicated. I hope you will proceed further without hesitancy till the cause is known.

Kind regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Can you give me a prescription? Since my doctor keeps saying this is nothing and will go away, I am afraid that this is something else.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

A urologist should do the cystoscopy, I can do it for you, but I cannot ask or order any other urologist.

Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
