Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

As you described, it seems you are having constipation and need a lot of pressure since the stools are very dry and are difficult to pass. Therefore, the first thing you need to do in this case is diet and physical activities.

1. Please eat healthily, add more fibrous fruits and vegetables (plum, kiwi, pear, beans, whole grains) to your diet.

2. Drink plenty of water and often during the day.

3. If still you have a hard stool, you may take psyllium from the pharmacy.

4. Do physical activities because it will help.

Regarding the fact that you experienced a bit of bleeding during your bowel movement, the more common causes are,

1. Scratching of the mucosa from the stools

2. Any possible anal fissure

3. Hemorrhoids.

For a correct diagnosis, more information is necessary. If you still have no result, please let me know. Best regards.
