I am 37 years old and have a slight BP. Ranges Like diastolic 85 to 95/ systolic 125 to 135. I am on one 10 mg tablet per day (Cilnidipine salt) medication. I wanted to shift to Ayurvedic medicine like Divya Mukta Vati. Can you please advise? Is there any possibility to shift? What can be the possible doses? Whom do I consult an allopathic or an Ayurvedic doctor?
