Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I did a strenuous workout the previous day and noticed the pain the next morning. The exercise was a lot of weight training. So far, it has lasted the whole day and has not gotten better. Kindly help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Yes, the pain is due to workouts and anxiety. Try to avoid exercise for a few days. I suggest you take a painkiller like a tablet Paracetomol or tablet Ibuprofen. Avoid stress and tension, and be relaxed and calm. I hope this helps.

Thank you.
