Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I want my breast to become big and bouncy and remove blackishness from part of the vagina and buttock. I also want my skin to be shiny. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. First of all, without seeing the size, shape, or discoloration of the mentioned parts of your body, it is tough to suggest anything. Similarly, without knowing the exact causes of blackishness or discoloration on some parts of the vagina and buttock, it is tough to prescribe any medication that can help to remove the blackishness.

For making your breast big, I suggest:

1) You should wear a breast enhancing bra and follow some diet charts and exercises to make your breasts big.

2) You can take milk and milk products, soy products, fruits, saw palmetto daily.

3) You can massage your breast with plant-based oil regularly.

4) Regular exercises like pushups, plank ups, chest fly, chest presses, wall presses, etc.

5) Hormonal birth control pills.

6) Breast enlargement surgery is another option.

I suggest using topical Hydroquinone and Hydrocortisone cream on the blackish areas of the vagina and buttock to remove the blackishness. I also suggest regularly taking Vitamin C and Vitamin E supplements to make your skin shiny.

Take care.
