Hello doctor,
I had sex with my partner and I tried anal sex without any protection. Today, when I was bathing, I saw my penis got some tiny non-itchy red bumps on it. I would like to know what are they? Is it a disease and are they risky? I have attached pictures for your reference.

They are quite itchy and no pain or watery discharge. Yesterday I tried anal sex and today while taking bath I saw them and when I pulled my foreskin it down, the bumps appeared. Can you please let me know what are they?

The lesions appearing within 24 hours of exposure are most probably allergic rather than infectious or sexually transmitted diseases. I suggest you take tablet Allegra 120 mg (Fexofenadine) twice a day for one week and then you can consult again. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and with their consent take the medicines. Avoid application of soap on the affected area. Wearloose cottonundergarments. Regards.
